When we moved from California to Hillsboro, Oregon, we weren’t just looking for a new place to live—we were looking to build a better life. With the birth of our little girl, Daniela, everything changed. Suddenly, food wasn’t just about flavor—it was about nourishment, love, and quality.
Daniela’s Cocina was born from that same spirit. With roots in both Southern California and in Mexico, and with a passion for preparing wholesome, clean, nutrient-rich meals—the kind you’d be proud to feed your family - we set up our base in ghost kitchen in downtown Portland, Oregon. Every dish we serve is crafted with whole foods, fresh ingredients, and an unwavering commitment to quality. From vibrant vegan bowls to hearty, meaty, protein-packed classics, we believe in food that feels good and tastes even better.
